The mug technique.

You're probably wondering what the hell I'm talking about. If you are a call center agent you probably know this. I should even get a patent for this one. hehehehe.

When your on a call, I'm talking inbound, and you're so sleepy but you can't just tilt your head. It's uncomfortable. You can't even show that your asleep because your supervisor might see you and give you some sanctions. The worst person that will caught you napping is your Program Manager or even a client...OMFG!!! So what will you do? Do the mug technique. Yes your everyday, trustee, spill proof mug. You know what I'm talkin' bout. Those Starbucks mugs that cost awfully a lot. Rip offs....hehehehe...bitter? Anyway,  you place it on your chin. It'l be better if you have your jacket on. Its adds to the effect. OK...place one sleeve of your jacket on the top of your mug to make it comfy. I said it would add some effect right. I'll get to that as we go along. Now, place your chin on the top of the mug, the one where you put one sleeve of your jacket, facing the monitor. Make sure that you are wearing your jacket cause this is it. You're making an illusion that somewhat you are engaged on a call or awake. Make sure that the side of the sleeve you choose is the side where no one can see or notice you're sleeping. Got it? It would be better if I have a picture illustration. But no worries. If you don't grasp the concept I'll try to take a photo. Not necessary in the work area, but a demo. Just so you guys can see. So there you go. The mug technique for people who are sleepy and would like to take a nap discretely. This technique doesn't always work. You really have to time it because once your cover is blown then you're in deep shit...PEACE!
